            The most important feature of TQM is focusing the awareness 
            of all divisions of the company on continuous quality 
            improvement. The philosophy of TQM can be described as: 
            quality is everyone's issue. Quality is not a target that 
            can be achieved, but it is a never-ending process based on 
            actions. These criteria of daily work are quite easy to 
            understand and clear to see, but difficult to achieve. 
            The most famous TQM concept in Germany is the EFQM-model. 
            This model is based on a comprehensive and
