                Quality management is a system of organizing 
                products, services and processes in such a way 
                that all requirements of a company and its 
                customers are completely met.  
                Quality management is systematically supported by 
                methods and standards to make quality management 
                systems common and comparable. They provide basic 
                rules for product development, production, service 
                and final inspection, in order to ensure achieving 
                certification and passing audits. 
 
                Knowledge and experience with international, national 
                and automotive-specific quality standards belong 
                to the fundamental tool set that proves a company's
